Equitable Origin encourages comments, complaints and feedback on any part of the EO100™ Standard and Certification System at any time. Stakeholders may use this form to submit a comment, complaint or appeal related to the EO100™ Standard and Certification System, EO staff or governance bodies, EO’s Assessment Body and auditor approval processes, the performance of EO-approved Assessment Bodies or auditors, and Operators affiliated with EO (note, complaints against sites certified to the EO100™ Standard should first be filed with the Assessment Body). Associated procedures include EOP-203 EO Certification System Comments, Complaints & Appeals, EOP-101 Standard Development and Governance and EOP-103 Policy on Association.
