Kathryn Hillis is a current graduate student studying International Affairs at UC San Diego's School of Global Policy and Strategy (GPS) with a focus on environmental governance. She previously worked in the oil & gas industry at Phillips 66 in Houston, TX. She has written about and done research on energy policy in Latin America, including a white paper on natural gas in Guyana published by the Institute of the Americas.

Kathryn supports all activity related to the EO100 Certification program.
